Template Structure

At the bottom of each meal section, there is a row to calculate the total calories for that meal. Additionally, there are overall totals for Breakfast Total, Lunch Total, Dinner Total, and Snacks Total at the bottom of the template. There is also a space at the top left corner to fill in the Date.
Fields & Descriptions
