Sweet Jalapeño Pork Recipe
This sweet jalapeño pork recipe is easy to follow, made from thinly sliced pork and jalapeños, crispy fried, and tossed in a flavorful garlic spice sauce.

Ingredients
- 1/2 kg pork shoulder, thinly cut.
- 3 large jalapenos, cut in chunks.
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1 large egg, whisked
- Salt and black pepper
- 4 cups cooking oil.
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 1/2 tsp dried chili flakes
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp sesame seads
- 1/4 cup green onions, thinly sliced.
Directions

In a bowl, mix together cornstarch and breadcrumbs. Set aside.

In a mixing bowl, mix together the pork, jalapenos, whisked egg, salt and pepper. Mix together until well coated.

Then transfer to the breadcrumbs mixture and mix until well coated. Set aside.

Heat cooking oil in a deep skillet. Fry the pork and jalapenos until golden brown. Make sure not to over crowd the oil. Once cooked, place in a plate with paper towels.

For the sauce: Heat oil in a frying pan, Saute garlic and ginger for 2 minutes.

Then add the chili flakes, soy sauce, rice vinegar, half of the sesame seed, brown sugar and half of the green onions. Stir and simmer. Continue to stir until the sauce thickens.

Add the fried pork and jalapenos into the frying pan and mix until completely coated with sauce.

Remove from heat and transfer to a serving platter. Sprinkle the top with the remaining sesame seeds and green onions. Serve and enjoy!
