- 6 pieces of medium sized potatoes
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 3/4 cup of milk
- Bring a liter of water to a boil. While waiting, wash all the potatoes and peel it.
- Once the water boils, add all the potatoes and cook for approximately 15 minutes, until it's tender.
You may use a fork to test the tenderness of the potatoes. When tender, drain.
- Transfer the potatoes to a mixing pan. Add the salt and pepper , then mash potatoes until smooth. You may use a potato masher , an electric mixer or by hand.
- Pour the milk and mix.
