  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 4 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose cream
  • 1 egg
  • Parsley
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup condensed milk
  • Mozarella cheese, grated
  • Cheddar cheese, grated


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (356°F).

  2. While waiting for the oven to attain desired temperature, carefully cut the left-over buns 2 times (vertically and horizontally) to get 4 wedges. Make sure not to completely cut through the bread.

  3. In a mixing bowl, put the cream cheese and sugar then mix together. Afterwards, put the cream cheese filling in between the wedges and make sure not to break the wedges.

  4. Prepare the garlic butter. In a mixing bowl combine the melted butter, mayonnaise, all-purpose cream, egg, parsley, minced garlic and condensed milk. Whisk everything together. Give it a good whisk.

  5. Dip the buns into the garlic butter into the garlic butter mixture, then top with mozzarella cheese.

  6. Bake at 180 degree C for 15 to 20 minutes.
