But this particular recipe is my go-to chicken recipe if I don't have a lot of time to cook. It is easy to prepare, quick, and no need for your effort since you're letting the oven do the work for you. It is delicious, nutritious, budget-friendly and healthy.   • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 medium-sized potato
  • salt
  • pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 175° Celsius (347° Fahrenheit).

  2. Wash chicken breast and place it in a pan.

  3. Peel potatoes and cut it into chunks. Put potatoes in the same pan with the chicken. Sprinkle salt and pepper.

  4. When the oven is ready, put the pan and cook the chicken. You can set timer to 40 minutes.

  5. Once chicken is cooked, remove from heat and serve. Enjoy!

    Tip: You can use a kitchen thermometer to check the internal temperature of the chicken. It must be at least 165°F or 74°C.
