Ingredients
- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp corn starch
- 1 tsp magic sarap seasoning
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tbsp salt
- 2 cups water
- 1 medium sized onion, minced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 pcs. red chili pepper, minced.

In a bowl, put together brown sugar, corn starch, magic sarap seasoning and oyster sauce

Heat oil in a sauce pan, and sauté onions, garlic and red chili pepper.

Add the liquid mixture and stir well for 2 minutes. Simmer for 3 minutes then add black pepper and salt. Continuously stir for 2 minutes and remove from heat.
